If a customer wishes to cancel their service e-mail us at support@drwebhosting.com and we will do so. If the service is canceled within the first 30 days, the entire billing period's fees (less setup fees, if any) will be refunded if our services do not meet your expectations and you request a refund. This guarantee is not to insure against a failure in your business or simply changing your mind, but guarantees that our service must meet or exceed your expectations or we will return your funds.
